05.08.08 - TREOS LAST SHOW!

This past Monday was the very last TREOS show ever. Andrew was one our first drummers and one of our best friends. We wish the best for all the dudes. We know they will all do great things so keep an eye out! *Thanks to Future Breed for the pictures!*

05.07.08 - Bamboozle 2008!

What a weekend.. we started off by getting Coby of Say Anything in Boston after he took a train in. We chilled with Coby Wednesday night and got to sleep pretty early. Hung out at the shop all day on Thursday, then went out to see The Cab, Sing It Loud, Charlotte Sometimes, and We The Kings at the ICC in Allston. We then went out to eat at the Sunsert Grille, which is always a great time, then went to Harper's Ferry to watch good friends Vanna play. Got back to my apartment, loaded our suitecases, and waited outside for Josh to pick us up. The RV arrived at 2am, and we were headed to NJ!

The RV was packed with 10 people, and 4 drum kits. We squished everyone in there, and it was pretty uncomfortable to say the least. We brought 2 backline kits for the Glamour Kills show and surprised Jake Bundrick of Mayday Parade with his new kit. he was so surpised, it was awesome! Look out for it on the Warped Tour this summer, and in their new video coming out soon!

We got to NJ around 8am and slept at Coby's hotel for a bit, dropped him off to his bus, and then headed to Poughkeepsie for the Glamour Kills show. A full day of tons of great bands, great dudes, and lots of SJC drums! We all had fun, and some of us might have had a little too much to drink..

Drove overnight back to Giants stadium and slept in the parking lot. Woke up around 8am, got our passes, and the day began. There were so many SJC bands, Bryan and I were running around like crazy trying to say hey to everyone! Big thanks to Josh and Drama for holding it down texting us all the stages and times while we ran around.

Partied at the Red Bull party Saturday night, and had some more drinks with great people. Went to bed around 4am, woke up at 9am, and did it all over again! Billy from Rockstar gave us a ton of drinks for the ride home (thanks Billy!) and we finally hit the road at about 1am, and arrived back to the SJC world headquarters at 6:30AM Monday morning. Needless to say, Bryan, Drama, Josh didn't go into work on Monday. I did, and I'm paying for it now with an insane head cold.

Monday night I went to see The Receiving End Of Sirens last show at Harper's Ferry in Boston. A wicked sad night, and those dudes will surely be missed but I am sure they will all continue to do great things. We love you Andrew.

So that's to and from Boston and NJ about 5 times on pretty much no sleep. Tuesday, our bros in Set Your Goals came to hang out and get their van fixed at my dads work, and had a kind a great dinner @ TGI Fridays (and by great, I mean my 4" quesadilla was so good.. not!). Hung out, played some Halo, and called it a night so they could get some rest as they were flying out to the UK in the morning.

Wednesday: Our great friends in Veara came by the shop in the morning and hung out for the afternoon. Great people, great band. Check them out! www.myspace.com/veara.

Now it's Wednesday afternoon, and I'm sick as a dog uploading pictures from our trip. Check out our Myspace pictures for tons of pictures from the trip and be on the lookout for a big video update coming full of my recent travels!

To all the people we met and hang out this weekend, you all rule and thanks for supporting SJC!
