This is gonna be a long one, so buckle up. I’m gonna tell you why this company is 10/10 at EVERYTHING they do. The other day I emailed them asking some questions about my order, and Matt sent me a text message 15 minutes later. Talk about customer service dude!!! There was some confusion, but everything was taken care of and squared away within minutes. Then 3 days later FedEx dropped my beautiful UFO off at my door and man, the way they package their drums is exactly what you want. It took me ten or so minutes to get through the tape, staples, and tons of packing buffers. It looks great, feels great and sounds HUGE. THANK YOU SJC!
