Just took the kit SJC made me on its first tour, and the compliments didn’t stop! The finish looks great, and the drums sound incredible. The 24” kick is an absolute cannon. If you’re in the market for a kit, I can’t recommend SJC enough.

For reelz you guys, my new kit from SJC Custom Drums is dope! Super dope! The green stain is dark and vibrant, the cherry interior of the shells and kick drum hoops compliment the green so well, the black nickel hardware is nice and subtle, and the kick drum head is lovely, featuring the cover art for the Ealdor Bealu album, Psychic Forms. But above all, the sound from the drums is to die for. I was nervous about going through SJC because I’ve never played them before, which was a huge gamble since they cost a pretty penny. But I’m pleased as punch. They’re really exactly what I wanted them to be and SJC delivered.
