• We do our best to have your preferred sizes, however they can sometimes be rented already and not available, we apologize for this inconvenience
• Drums are sent with good condition heads
• SJC Drums logo on front head must be kept on front head at all times
• SJC Drums supplies shells only, no stands, pedals, or cymbals
• Rental confirms agreement of these terms and condition
• SJC Drums is not responsible for TRANSPORT, prep, case, damage, or re-heading fees
• If we don't have backline in the area you need it, please connect sales@sjcdrums.com with the promoter and/or backline company you're using so that we can arrange getting an SJC kit over ASAP.

CARE AND OPERATION OF EQUIPMENT
Lessee is responsible to keep the drums & cases in the same condition as they were sent to you. The Lessee must have drums in cases at all times when being transported.
If any damages occur, please notify your SJC Rep ASAP. Losses or damages are due in full immediately

*Please be considerate and return the drums to us in the same condition they were sent to you. Wipe them down and please do not return with blood/any other liquids on them. You will be automatically be charged $500 if we have to clean off any blood/liquids.

ALTERATIONS
Lessee shall make no alterations to the equipment without the prior written consent of the Lessor. All alterations shall be the property of the Lessor and subject to the terms of this Rental.

SJC LOGO
The SJC logo must be visible on all drums, including the front bass drum head, at all times during rental.

RISK OF LOSS OR DAMAGE
The Lessee assumes all risks of loss or damage to the equipment from any cause, and agrees to return it to the Lessor in the condition received from the Lessor, with the exception of normal wear and tear, unless otherwise provided in this Rental. As mentioned previously, the drums must be kept in cases while being transported.

LIABILITY AND INDEMNITY
Liability for injury of workers and other persons caused by operating, handling, or transporting the equipment during the term of this Rental is the obligation of the Lessee, and the Lessee shall indemnify and hold the Lessor harmless from and against all such liability.
