Custom Club — Terms & Conditions
The SJC Custom Club is a loyalty program for customers of SJC Drums’ USA Custom Shop.
Members earn rewards and benefits based on the number of completed Custom Shop builds.
Eligibility
• Applies only to USA Custom Shop orders
• Retail products, merch, and non-custom items do not qualify
• Participation is limited to individual customers (not transferable)
• Applies only to original owners, second-hand purchases do not qualify
Build Definition
A “build” is defined as:
• One (1) paid-in-full USA Custom Shop order for a 3+ piece kit, snare or UFO
• Payment plans count once fully completed
• Multiple items on one invoice count as one build
• Individual add-on orders do not qualify
Build Verification
Due to historical data limitations, SJC Drums may verify prior builds through:
• Customer-submitted photos of SJC drums
• SJC-issued birth certificates
• Internal records when available
SJC Drums reserves the right to approve or deny submitted builds at its discretion.
Reward Structure
Build Based Discounts:
• 2nd build → 5% off base Custom Shop price
• 3rd build → 10% off base Custom Shop price
• 4th build → 15% off base Custom Shop price
• 5th build and beyond → 20% off base Custom Shop price
Discount Rules
• Discounts apply to base Custom Shop price only
• Excludes:
• Shipping and taxes
• Rush orders
• Exotic woods and premium materials
• Custom hardware, finishes, or add-ons
• Only one discount may be applied per order
• Discounts may not be combined with promotions or artist pricing
Milestone Rewards
• 10 builds → One (1) Free Tour Series Snare OR 30% off your next custom order
• 20 builds → One (1) Free Tour Series Kit OR 50% off your next custom order
Milestone rewards:
• Are awarded once per milestone
• Exclude shipping, taxes, upgrades, and rush fees
• Must be redeemed within 24 months
• Cannot be combined with other discounts
Program Integrity
• Builds must be verified and approved by SJC Drums
• Duplicate submissions will not be counted
• Fraudulent or manipulated submissions will result in disqualification
Account Ownership
• Builds are tracked per individual customer
• Shared ownership (bands, studios, etc.) will be assigned to one account at SJC’s discretion
• Builds may not be split across multiple accounts
Returns & Cancellations
• Refunded or canceled orders do not count toward build totals
• Any rewards issued based on such orders may be revoked
Program Changes
SJC Drums reserves the right to modify or discontinue the SJC Custom Club at any time.

After five (5) verified builds:
• Next snare order includes one (1) free SJC practice pad
• Next kit order includes one (1) free SJC Tour Series snare drum
