1. Sponsor
The SJC Drums “Win a Custom Drum Kit” Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by SJC Custom Drums, LLC, 230 Worcester St, Southbridge, MA, USA (“Sponsor”).
2. Sweepstakes
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on November 5, 2025, and ends at 11:59 PM ET on December 15, 2025 (the “Sweepstakes Period”). Entries received outside of the Sweepstakes Period will not be accepted.
3. Eligibility
Open only to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of SJC Custom Drums, LLC, its affiliates, subsidiaries, distributors, advertising and promotion agencies, and the immediate family members (spouse, parents, siblings, and children) or household members of each are not eligible to participate or win.
4. How to Enter
There are two ways to enter:
A. No Purchase Necessary (Quote Submission):During the Sweepstakes Period, visit this link and submit a quote request for a custom drum kit or product. Completing and submitting a valid quote request counts as one (1) entry.
Limit one quote entry per person per day
B. Purchase Entry: During the Sweepstakes Period, make a purchase on sjcdrums.com. Each purchase will automatically grant one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes.
Purchasing does not improve your odds of winning.
5. Prize
One (1) Grand Prize Winner will receive a Custom SJC Drum Kit valued at $4,995 USD (approximate retail value).

1x Zildjian A Cymbal Set (Hats, Ride, 2x Crashes)
1x Gibraltar 9000 Hardware Pack

No cash alternative, transfer, or substitution of the prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
6. Winner Selection and Notification
The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing conducted by the Sponsor on or about December 16, 2025, from all eligible entries received.
The winner will be notified by phone call and email using the contact information provided at entry.
The potential winner must respond within five (5) business days of notification to claim the prize. If no response is received within this time, the Sponsor may select an alternate winner.
7. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Sweepstakes Period.
8. Privacy
Personal information collected from entrants will be used by the Sponsor solely for the purpose of administering the Sweepstakes and awarding the prize.
For entrants who make a purchase, shipping address and payment details are collected and processed according to SJC Drums’ Privacy Policy.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules.
Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, or misdirected entries.
If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes at its sole discretion.
10. Publicity
By entering, each participant agrees that Sponsor may use their name, likeness, and city/state of residence for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
11. Release of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless SJC Custom Drums, LLC, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all liability, injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or related to participation in this Sweepstakes or the acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.
12. Winner List
To obtain the name of the winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to:
