Referral Program — Terms & Conditions

Eligibility
The SJC Drums Referral Program is open to existing SJC Custom Shop customers. Referred customers must be new to SJC Drums and must not have previously placed an order.

Offers/discounts can not be combined with any other offer or discount.

How It Works

• The referrer submits a referral through SJC Drums’ official referral form or is introduced through email.
• The referred customer places a qualifying order (Custom Shop order through SJC).
• Referral rewards are issued only after the referred order is paid in full.

Referrer Rewards

• Referrers earn 5% of the referred custom order total in SJC Credit towards the Custom Shop. 
• SJC Credit is non-transferable, has no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Credit may be applied toward future SJC Drums Custom Shop purchases directly through SJC.
• SJC Credit expires 24 months from issue date.

Referrer Milestone Rewards

• 10th Closed Referral → One (1) SJC Tour Series snare drum in addition to normal credit.
• 20th Closed Referral → One (1) SJC Tour Series drum kit in addition to normal credit.

Milestone rewards:
• Are awarded once per milestone
• Apply to standard Tour Series specifications
• Exclude custom upcharges, shipping, and taxes unless otherwise stated
• Are non-transferable and have no cash value

Referred Customer Perks

To thank new customers for joining SJC through a referral:

• Snare Drum Purchase → Free SJC Practice Pad
• Drum Kit Purchase → Free SJC Alpha snare drum

Referred Customer Perks:
• Automatically included with qualifying purchase (USA Custom Kit or Snare)
• Limited to one referral perk per order
• Cannot be substituted or redeemed for cash

Guardrails & Abuse Prevention

• No self-referrals permitted
• Referrer and referred customer must be different individuals with separate contact information
• Referrals are subject to verification and approval
• SJC Drums reserves the right to deny rewards for fraudulent, duplicate, or abusive activity
• Recipients of the free Tour Snare or Kit are still responsible for coverig shipping charges.
• SJC Credit does not cover shipping charges for snares or kits
• Referrers only receive the 5% on the referred person's first order.
• Referred person only receives their reward on their first order.
•  Referral Program Credit can not be stacked with Loyalty credit or other discounts

Program Changes

SJC Drums reserves the right to modify or terminate this program at any time.
